- A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Country Manager for their team in South Africa.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Design and implement a strategic plan, ensuring the company’s objectives are met.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Leads the entire commercial activities.
- Holds P&L responsibility.
- Assess and identify potential market growth opportunities.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status within the market.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Only Candidates currently based in South Africa will be considered.
- Bachelor’s Degree. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- At least 3+ years of P&L management experience.
- Ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
- Strong communication, entrepreneurship, and people management skills.
